Alden Romney, MBA, is the Chief Operating Officer of Wellspring.  Alden has worked at CRC Health Group, parent company for Wellspring, since 2004 as its Vice President of Corporate Development, managing acquisitions, real estate, and its national call center.  Prior to CRC, Mr. Romney was CEO of Reach Fitness, where he led the turnaround of the corporate wellness and commercial fitness club company. Prior to graduate school, Mr. Romney was a Senior Associate Consultant in Boston and Melbourne with LEK Consulting, a management consulting firm, where he had a personal focus on health care and mergers and acquisitions.  He has a passion for health and wellness, has explored 40 countries on six continents, and is an avid surfer.  Mr. Romney has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Mathematics from Pomona College. .

Eliza Kingsford, MA, is Clinical Director of Wellspring Fit Clubs and helped found Wellspring’s first Fit Club with KIPP Schools in Houston, TX, SC. Eliza received a Master’s degree in couple and family therapy with an emphasis on body image and eating disorders from the University of Colorado. Eliza has a passion for working with young people and their families to promote physical and emotional health. She has worked closely with adolescents, children, families, and the college age population in agency, camp, and coaching settings.
